About this policy
This policy explains how RV Systems handles personal information collected through rvsystems.tech (in English and Spanish) and through inquiries you send us by the contact form, by email, or by booking a call. Information handled as part of a client engagement is subject to the applicable client agreement and related project terms.
Who we are
RV Systems ("RV Systems", "we", "us") operates this website and handles inquiries submitted through it. For privacy questions, contact contact@rvsystems.tech.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, and a description of the process you'd like help with. You can also choose to give your company name, the number of locations, the kind of workflow you have in mind, and the systems involved. We also record the language of the page you used.
- Email: if you email us, we receive your message, your email address, and anything else you include.
- Booking a call: if you book a consultation through our scheduling provider, we receive your name, email address, and any notes you choose to add. You can also choose to add guests by entering their email addresses. The booking creates an event in our calendar with these details and a video meeting link, and the people invited, including any guests, may receive calendar invitations and meeting-related emails.
Please don't send passwords, credentials, or your customers' personal information through the form, by email, or in booking notes.
Technical information
When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. When you use the contact form, a spam check verifies the submission, and a short-lived record derived from your IP address (not the address itself) helps limit repeated attempts.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- schedule and hold consultations;
- keep the website and our communications secure and protect them from spam and abuse;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We don't use it for unrelated purposes.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to run the website and respond to you:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and spam protection;
- Resend: delivering contact-form submissions to our inbox;
- Google: email, calendar, and video meetings;
- Cal.com: scheduling consultations.
These providers' own terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.
We may also disclose personal information when the law requires it; to protect the rights, safety, or security of RV Systems, our users, or others; or as part of a reorganization or transfer of the business, including to a successor entity.
We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries' data protection laws may differ from the laws where you live.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to you, carrying out any work that results, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We may delete it sooner.
Security
We use safeguards proportionate to the information involved, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Storage on your device
The site may store a small amount of information in your browser:
- Language: if you use the language switch, your browser remembers your choice. During a browser session, it also keeps a short note so you aren't redirected repeatedly. Neither is used to identify you.
- Spam check: on the contact page, our spam-check provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store information in your browser to verify that a person, not an automated program, is using the form. It's used for security, not advertising.
The site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.
Tracking and privacy signals
We don't track you across other websites, and we don't allow third parties to track you on this site for advertising. Because there's nothing to opt out of, browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control don't change how the site works.
Your choices and requests
You can leave optional fields blank, and you can email us instead of using the form.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete personal information you've sent us by writing to contact@rvsystems.tech. We may need to confirm your identity first. We'll respond as required by applicable law, and we may keep information where the law requires or allows it.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll take appropriate steps to address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and we'll make significant changes clear on this page.
