What we build

We work on operational problems that cost time every week: data that has to be assembled by hand, systems that don't talk to each other, and workflows held together by spreadsheets.

Most engagements fall into one of three areas. Many touch more than one.

01

Data & Reporting Automation

For businesses where reporting is a weekly ritual of exporting, pasting, and fixing.

  • Scheduled reports and dashboards
  • Consolidating data across locations and systems
  • Automated data capture and cleanup
  • Validation that flags missing or inconsistent data

02

Systems & Integrations

For businesses running on several tools that each work on their own but not together.

  • Connections between sales, inventory, accounting, and customer systems
  • API and webhook integrations
  • A clear source of truth for shared records
  • Monitoring so a failed sync doesn't go unnoticed

03

Operations Automation

For businesses whose day-to-day decisions depend on manual review, unwritten rules, or one overloaded spreadsheet.

  • Inventory replenishment and transfer workflows
  • Exception tracking and follow-up
  • Approvals, handoffs, and recurring tasks
  • Internal tools that replace fragile spreadsheets

What we don't do

We don't sell a platform, and we don't start by recommending new software. If an existing system can be improved or connected, that's usually the better answer. If automation isn't the right fix, we'll say so.

Not sure which area fits?

That's normal. Describe the problem and we'll work out the right approach together.
