Systems & Integrations

Connect the tools you already use, so information is entered once and stays consistent everywhere it's needed.

The problem

Most growing businesses run on several systems: POS, inventory, accounting, CRM, e-commerce, databases, and spreadsheets. Each one works on its own.

The trouble is in between. Orders get re-typed from one system into another. Stock levels don't match. The same product or customer exists in three slightly different versions.

What it costs

  • Double entry, and the errors that come with it.
  • Records that disagree, found only when a report looks wrong.
  • Delays while information waits for someone to move it.
  • Staff reconciling systems instead of doing their jobs.

What we build

  • Integrations between POS, inventory, accounting, CRM, e-commerce, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • API and webhook connections that validate incoming data before using it.
  • Scheduled syncs where real-time updates aren't needed.
  • A clear source of truth for shared records such as products, customers, and costs.
  • Tool reviews: a recommendation on which overlapping systems to keep, connect, or retire.
  • Monitoring and alerts, so a failed sync is noticed right away instead of weeks later.

An example

When a product is added to the inventory system, it appears in the point of sale and the online store with the same SKU, price, and cost. It isn't entered three times by three people.

Secure by design

Integrations hold credentials to your most important systems. We build them accordingly.

  • Least-privilege access. Each integration's credentials can do only what that integration needs.
  • Secrets stay secret. Stored in a secrets manager or environment configuration, never in code, spreadsheets, or email.
  • Verified inputs. Webhook signatures are checked where the platform supports it, and incoming data is validated.
  • Safe failure. Retries are limited, and repeated requests are handled so a failed sync doesn't create duplicates.
  • Useful logs. Records of what happened, without passwords, tokens, or unnecessary personal data.
